The push pole custom designed to the exacting standards of Professional Guides everywhere.   The shaft is wrapped with pre-impregnated UV stable epoxy tape in our exclusive proprietary manufacturing process. Our lay-up includes multiple wrapped, counter-wrapped and longitudinal layers. By using tension,  pressure and cure time control we are able to achieve high response dynamics and the strongest possible strength-to-weight ratio. The Guide Series features a proprietary final step that bleeds the excess epoxy out of the pole, resulting in an easy grip matte finish. The bottom line is the strongest, stiffest, lightest push pole of any kind. Pole weight is an incredible 2.5 oz. per foot. Even with the ends, a 20' Guide Series STIFFY Push Pole weighs 3 lbs 1.25 ozs.! The STIFFY™ Guide Series Graphite Push Pole floats just like the original STIFFY Graphite.
